2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Opened or used hair styling products such as extensions, wigs, and buns, for hygiene reasons.

2. Customized or personalized items.

3. Sale or promotional items.

Refund Process:

1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange Policy:

1. Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items only.

2. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:
